It's been a little while since we posted any news but things have been going very well.  Belle is now almost 10 and a half months old and has twi teetch now (her lower front two teeth).  She is enjoying trying all sorts of food now and has been introduced to Cheerios.  She still needs to practice picking up the little O's and getting them into her mouth but it is a step towards self-feeding.  Belle is not quite walking yet, but does a lot of standing holding onto things and is getting pretty good at steadying herself with just one hand.  For now she crawls very quickly to get from place to place.  One of the games we like to play with her is to get down on the floor and crawl quickly toward her - she gets very excited and crawls very quickly to us.  With Belle standing now she has a pretty good reach so we have been moving a lot of things from lower shelves to higher ones in an effort to baby proof the house.  Belle is also babbling a lot more now and saying mama, dada, baba, lala but I don't know if she actually relates them to anything.  Still, it is fun to hear her "talking"!
